2.6 If you are not able or not willing to give the warranties and representations set out in clauses 2.4 and 2.5 above then you must not apply for Membership.

 

3. Agreement part 3

3.1 These Terms and Conditions (which are amended by us from time to time) shall control the Agreement between Members and ladsoncam.com to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions and Members agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (as amended by ladsoncam.com from time to time and published on the Website at the time of amendment). These Terms and Conditions (as amended by ladsoncam.com from time to time) supersede and replace all previous terms and conditions previously notified to you.

 

3.2 As a Member, You acknowledge that you do not rely on any representation and/or warranty that have not been made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3.4 The Agreement between a Member and ladsoncam.com shall come into effect once the member has ticked �I agree with Terms and Privacy Policy� on the first page of the join procedure, at this point you are bound by these terms and conditions.

(ii) Gold or VIP Members who agree to have their Membership renewed continuously will have their Membership renewed at the same rate as was previously agreed by the Member.

(iii) Fees paid by a Gold or VIP Members will not usually be rebated or refunded by ladsoncam.com.

 

Gold and VIP Members will not be entitled to any rebate of their Membership fee if Integral Service(s) become available to Standard Members (as well as to Gold and/or VIP Members). ladsoncam.com will not be obliged to rebate any part of any Premium or VIP Membership fee.

(iv) Upon purchasing a paid-for Gold or VIP Membership, we will activate all account applications electronically on completion of the subscription process. We reserve the right to delay activation of a paid-for service for up to 5 working days where our systems detect potential credit card or other fraud and require manual checks to take place; in this event, the prospective Member will receive an email seeking confirmation of certain key information.

 

(v) Members have the ability to cancel there auto-renewal membership within 5 days of payment being received, if they do not cancel within the 5 day window the amount paid will be auto renewed to the next period (which will be the same date that the member purchased the service on).

 

The date at which the subscription renews the member again has a 5 day time from to cancel there membership renewal for the next period.

 

ladsoncam.com use ClickandBuy as there payment processor, upon signup of a subscription you are given access to your own click and buy account. Through this you can cancel your subscriptions and manage your ClickandBuy account

 

If you cancel your membership, you will enjoy your Membership benefits until the end of your then-current annual subscription period; your subscription won't be renewed after that term expires. However, you won't be eligible for a prorated refund of (or any) portion of the Gold or VIP Membership fees paid.
