your postcode/zip code is used as an advanced method to enable all members to located other members within there local area based on miles from there location. Your postcode/zipcode is not revealed to other members.

We also allow you to provide optional description information with regards to yourself, hobbies lifestyle etc. We highly recommend you do not place any personally identifiable information within this area.

All information provided by you is available for update, correction or deletion , through the "My Profile" page on your member menu.

4. Invite a Friend Procedure & Policy

During the registration process new members are taken to the relevant invite a friend page, you then enter your email address and password and the system will then tell you which of your friends are already on the ladsoncam.com service.

This enables the system to automatically add your existing friends to your friends list and therefore enhances services granted to you, also enabling you to invite friends not on the ladsoncam.com service

4.1)
By Clicking on "continue", you accept that by doing so, an invitation email will be sent by us on your behalf, to the relevant email addresses of persons not on the ladsoncam.com service.

If there are persons whom you prefer not to send a personalized invitation please de-select the relevant boxes.

Alternatively If new members prefer not to invite there friends they may purchase a one time life long registration fee by clicking on the "purchase" link at the bottom of all invite pages.

4.2) you also accept that we will send one further reminder invitation to that contact, on their behalf.

ladsoncam.com stores the name and email address of the contacts for the purpose of automatically adding the respondent to the contacts list of the Member sending the invitation. And to send reminders of the invitation on the Member's behalf.

The Members' username and password will not be saved anywhere on the site.

ladsoncam.com does not sell these email addresses, or use them for any other purpose other than to send invitations and invitation reminders on behalf of the Member.

The Member or the Contact of the Member's contacts can request the removal of their details from our database at any time by sending an email to: admin@ladsoncam.com.

4.3)
With reference to our terms and conditions, 1.3.1 All members must be 18 years or older or 21 if 21 is the age of majority in the location where the Member accesses the Website, herein referred to as "age of majority";.
Therefore by inviting your friends you confirm that each contact you invite is 18 years or older or 21 if 21 is the age of majority in the location where the Member accesses the Website.

4.4)
If there are persons on your address book below the required legal age to access ladsoncam.com you must remove these persons by de-selecting the relevant boxes.

By inviting their contacts to join the site, the Member agrees that they have:-
